With over 35 years Sales Management experience in the Engineering sector we are uniquely placed to provide a full targeted recruitment service to companies operating in this sector, whether it be CAE, Machine Tools, Metrology or cutting tools we can help with your recruitment needs

Our process is to meet with you to ensure we have the correct profile of the required candidate, then we will use this information to make a targeted search of the industry to find candidates who match your specification, we will conduct a preliminary interview with the candidate based on the information you have given us, before presenting them to you.

Our charges for this service are 15% of the agreed annual salary, in addition we also offer a mentoring service whereby we will undertake to meet with the candidate after they have taken up their position to ensure they are performing to your expectations and to assist both you our client, and the candidate to get the best out of the new relationship as speedily as possible, in the case of a field operative (Salesman) we will visit them in their sales territory, for this service there is an additional 5% charge making a total of 20%

If the candidate leaves your employ within three months of recruitment then we will endeavour to find a replacement at no cost to you.
